Exercise Class Description
Step:
Cardio-fun on the Reebok Step! Upbeat and interesting combinations ensured to burn fat and increase your cardiovascular endurance. This workout is great for all abilities and can be modified for a high or low impact workout.
Kickboxing: Martial arts-style kicking and punching combined together for a cardiovascular workout. You create your own intensity for one powerful punch of a workout!
Hi-Lo Aerobics: Traditional high and low impact floor aerobics allowing you to vary your intensity to get the most out of this cardio intensive workout!
CardioSculpt: Interval training involving both a cardiovascular workout with step or floor aerobics and resistance training with weights and tubing.
Cardio Burst: An all around circuit training interval workout geared to target all the major muscle groups while increasing cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Ramping:
This fun class amazingly keeps you in the fat burning zone for the entire 45 minutes. The inclined plane of the Ramp targets the rear muscles: gluteus, hips, and hamstrings.
Powerflex: Bally’s trademark workout is great for those trying to obtain both muscular strength and endurance through strength training using barbells, weights, and more!
Core Strengthening: One half hour targeting the major muscles used to stabilize and coordinate your body’s everyday movements. Lower/Upper Back, Chest, Abdominals, Obliques, and Glutes!
Piloga: Combination of both Yoga and
Pilates designed to improve both tone and
flexibility!
Yoga: Basic Yoga stretches and poses
for the beginner to the intermediate.
Stretch It Out: One half hour of
stretches to increase flexibility.

for Seniors!
Spinning: Interval cycling class on stationary spinning bikes for all levels from beginners to the more advanced.
SilverSneakers I: Chair based-class for seniors, designed to increase; strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being.
SilverSneakers II: Advanced class for older adults, designed to increase; cardiovascular and muscular endurance capacity as well as agility, balance, and coordination.
SilverSneakers Yogastretch: YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
